Every property is different. Some clients want a monthly all-rounder visit where we handle whatever needs attention that month. Others call in once a season for a bigger blitz. Either works — we fit around the rhythm of your property, not the other way around.
For acreage
Samford Valley, Highvale, Camp Mountain and Mount Samson properties often need more than just a lawn mow. We can knock over long-grass areas, trim fence lines, take rubbish away, and keep firebreaks clear heading into summer. If a job grows mid-scope — you find an old trailer-load of junk in the back paddock, for example — we'll tell you up front what it'll cost before we touch it.
For landlords and property managers
We're a reliable, insured, single-point contact across multiple properties in Ferny Grove, The Gap, Enoggera and Samford. No chasing contractors, no coordinating separate trades — we handle the garden side end-to-end and invoice cleanly.
Transparent pricing
Hourly or fixed-price jobs, whichever makes more sense for the scope. For regular clients we lock in the same rate so budgeting is easy.
Process
Walk the property with us, talk through priorities, agree a scope, fixed-price quote or hourly estimate. We'll also flag anything we notice that's beyond our scope (e.g. a roof issue during a gutter clean) so you can get it on someone's list before it becomes a problem. General maintenance FAQs
Is there a minimum booking?
Regular clients book as needed. One-off visits have a reasonable minimum call-out so we can cover the time and fuel, but for regulars on a recurring schedule we keep it flexible.
Can you take away rubbish and green waste?
Yes. We run a trailer for larger loads and dispose of green waste and general garden rubbish at the appropriate facility. Any trailer-load fees are included up-front in your written quote.
Do you work with property managers and agents?
Absolutely. We're set up to invoice through agencies and communicate clearly with managers about scope, access and timing. We're familiar with the turnaround rhythm of short- and long-term rentals across Ferny Grove and The Gap.
What if I only need help once?
That's fine. One-off clean-ups, pre-sale property tidy-ups and storm-damage blitzes are a big part of what we do — no lock-in required.
